This is to ensure the chances of symptoms returning are minimised. SPORTS MASSAGE W elcome to Rory Twogood our new Sports Massage Therapist! Rory is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist who has worked with clients from elite athletes to occasional joggers! He also holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Bath, giving him comprehensive understanding of the physiology, psychology and biomechanics behind sport, exercise and health. This combines brilliantly with a Sports Massage qualification giving a deeper understanding of various injuries and conditions enabling him to provide a targeted and effective massage.

With access to an on-site well equipped gym, clients can progress from very specific supervised exercises to more demanding exercise rehabilitation that incorporates strength, balance, coordination and stability training.
