| | | Welcome to Halton Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic Managed by a team of experienced Chartered Physiotherapists, we specialise in using a research based approach to the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. These injuries commonly occur during sport, training and everyday life. You do not need to be a sports fanatic to benefit from our services. Clients benefit from a variety of treatments, including:- · Manipulation & mobilisation · Exercise therapy · Electrotherapy · Orthotic prescription · Core stability training · Biomechanical correction · Education & Advice · Gym based Rehabilitation · Acupuncture Initial sessions usually require a very 'hands-on' approach to assist joints, nerves and muscles to move freely. As a compliment to manual therapy techniques clients are also encouraged to take a central role in their rehabilitation, through education and a personalised exercise programme. This is to ensure the chances of symptoms returning are minimised. SPORTS MASSAGE We are pleased to have Paul Johnson as part of our team. Paul comes with some great qualifications and experience and has worked with British Paralympic athletes. Fantastic Gym Facilities!
With access to an on-site well equipped gym, clients can progress from very specific supervised exercises to more demanding exercise rehabilitation that incorporates strength, balance, coordination and stability training. Other on-site gym facilities and services include a fitness/dance studio, personal training, sports massage, pilates and fitness classes. | | APPOINTMENT LINE 01296 622007 Weekdays... Evenings...
