We are experts in the field of Human Movement, Function and Performance and our team of highly experienced Therapists specialise in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.
Injuries commonly occur during sports, training and the rigours of everyday life. This leads to pain, disability, poor performance and a reduced quality of life.
We aim to give effective treatment to your injury and symptoms, through accurate diagnosis, based on current research, and return you to pain-free function quickly. The identification of predisposing factors also forms an essential part of the overall injury management.
We work from the very sedentary individual all the way up to the very elite sporting individual - you certainly do not need to be a sports fanatic to benefit from our services!

MASSAGE THERAPY
Our massage therapy services incorporate a variety of different techniques to achieve the desired outcome. From the more traditional relaxation massage to a deeper sports massage.

EXTRACORPOREAL SHOCKWAVE
Extracorporeal shockwave therapy can be an effective treatment method for chronic and complex musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those that have failed to respond to traditional methods of physiotherapy.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports and remedial massage therapy combines general and deep tissue manipulation with various forms of stretching techniques to loosen tight muscles, break adhesions and restore the full functionality of your muscles.
