Payment
Payment is expected at the time of each consultation, although you may wish to make arrangements to pre-pay for a course of treatment.
Due to Covid19 we are not taking Cash or Cheque payments. Our preferred method is invoicing by email, however we can also take Debit or Credit Cards, including American Express at the time of your appointment.
Please Note
Appointments that are cancelled, not attended or rescheduled without giving sufficient 24 hours notice may still be charged at the full appointment fee.
Insurance
We are recognised by most major private health insurance companies. If you would like your physiotherapy costs to be covered by your health insurance, please notify the insurance company before making an initial consultation. Your health insurer will notify you of your policy terms, limitations and excess liability and will give you a treatment authorisation number.
Most insurers also require a doctor to recommend physiotherapy, so you may need to arrange an appointment with your GP to start with.
At your 1st consultation please bring your membership details, authorisation number and any details of your excess liability or limitations relating to your policy.
The fees, when invoiced directly, to insurers may vary from our standard fees, however you may choose to pay at the time of your appointment and take responsibility for your own claims process.
Please be aware that your insurance may not cover the full cost of your invoice (eg. policy excess) and you remain liable for all costs associated with your treatment.
